Cristy Conolly is the Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance at NAN. As the head of NAN’s Compliance Department, she makes sure the standards stay high and ensures NAN’s integrity. Cristy gained the experience for the industry-wide perspective needed for NAN’s quality and compliance by completing appraisals for wholesale and retail lenders, other AMCs, servicing companies and attorneys in the Philadelphia metro area. Cristy also understands a client’s business realities and the importance of compliance and quality through her days managing an appraisal office for over seven years prior to joining NAN. In addition to the many educational conferences she continues to attend, her appraisal and business background was an important factor in selecting Cristy for the chief role in NAN’s Compliance Task Force in 2013. “NAN understands that compliance must be solid, simple, and fast. Born & raised in the Midwest, Cindy moved to Florida and joined Nationwide Appraisal Network in 2008 bringing with her some knowledge of real estate as a past Realtor and Office Manager for a Real Estate company. Andrea is one of our Staff Appraisers working as a liaison between our panel appraisers and clients to ensure compliance and quality.
Originally from CT she moved to South Florida in 1999 and then to Tampa Bay in 2007. In addition to her 15 years as a Certified Residential Appraiser she is currently working on her Certification as a Life Coach. She’s upbeat, happy and loves to laugh. In her spare time she loves to write poetry and music, sing and play guitar. She has a mini long haired Dachshund named Dante whom she loves spending time with. Some of her other interests include Astrology and Crystals.[/expand]
Theresa comes to NAN as an Account Manager bringing 18+ years in insurance management, sales, customer service, training and vendor relations. Her motto is “failure is not an option” and her expertise includes problem solving, relationship building, and process improvement. She has a Bachelor’s degree in History from UMBC and enjoys spending time with her 3 children traveling and attending concerts and sporting events.
Jennifer has been a part of Nationwide Appraisal Network since 2008. Going from Processor to Client Relations Manager, she is now supervising and directing her own team. Jennifer is committed to continuous training and education and has attended multiple conferences for further development in management, leadership and coaching skills.

As a Client Relations Manager for NAN, Amy takes pride in building relationships with both clients and peers alike. Amy has worked in the Mortgage Industry for over 15 years, working as a Processor, Closer and Loan Officer prior to joining the NAN team in 2010. Her experience and leadership role with the team keeps her focused on professional and personal growth. She is a firm believer in working smart and efficiently. Marilyn was born in the “Windy City” and moved to Florida on her 21st Birthday. Currently, she is happily married to her soul mate and working as a Vendor Relations Representative for the southern region at NAN. Jennifer Hillaby joined Nationwide Appraisal Network in September 2008. As the Review Department Supervisor she oversees our Quality Control Specialists ensuring Quality and Compliance are being met on every assignment. Jennifer also heads up our training department, training new hires and current employees alike on product knowledge and industry changes. Kevin directs our sales efforts at Nationwide Appraisal Network. Conducting sales presentations, negotiating sales contracts with potential clients and insuring ongoing client satisfaction is just one part of his daily work life. He is also responsible for introducing NAN’s unique approach to appraisal management to key decision makers at banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders and loan servicing companies. Kevin has a vast background in lending and banking and is happy to be back[expand title=”Read More”] in Florida after spending over 20 years on the West Coast.

Danielle has been in the Tampa area for 10 years, originally from Denver, Co. She began her career in the mortgage industry 18 years ago. Having done most everything in the industry from loan originator, lender representative to title processing, becoming part of NAN was exciting as she would learn a new area in the industry. When not working, Danielle loves being outdoors with her family. She’s always on the go taking many weekend trips kayaking, surfing or traveling back home to Colorado to snowboard and catch a hockey game. Danielle is always on the move![/expand]
Dawn Marker came to us from the world of Sales Management but has transitioned nicely into the “kinder, gentler” role of Account Manager (and newbie trainer) since her arrival. When she is not chatting up appraisers, you will find Dawn spending time with the incredible Bassett Hound duo -Fritz and Lucy- or hanging out on the boat with her husband trying to nail down her next slam.
Wayne Simmons was born and raised in the great state of Florida. He is the youngest of six children and is a firm believer that family is everything. After graduating from the University of South Florida he was welcomed to the NAN family with open arms. Wayne brings with him a fun personality, humble heart and 8+ years of customer service experience. Wayne loves spending his spare time with family and friends. Natasha Skinner is known for her customer service skills both with customers and within the work place. As a Client Relations and Resolution Manager she not only oversees a team of professionals, she works closely with our clients to maintain relationships and give the appropriate care and attention needed to move your appraisals forward. William brings with him 10 years of Mortgage Servicing, Loss Mitigation, client relations, and auditing experience. Originally from sunny Florida, William relocated back from Chicago in search of warmer weather. When not working, he enjoys good food, friends, the great outdoors, and his dogs.
Logan Tellekamp comes to the NAN team bearing gifts of customer service, sales, real estate, training, and management experience. Her number one goal as an Account Manager is to provide excellent service, value, and loyalty in all areas of the industry. In her time away from the office, she cherishes time spent with her daughter, whether it’s playing dress-up (princesses or crime fighting robots!), taking a stroll for ice cream, splashing around in the ocean, or relaxing with a good book
Real estate appraising runs in Dina’s family. She began in the appraisal industry over 20 years ago by following in her brother’s footsteps and working with his appraisal firm in Clearwater, Fl. She has since gone on to work an independent contractor, working with various appraisal firms in the Tampa Bay area.
She has been married to her husband Greg for 21 years and they have two beautiful daughters, Taryn and Jenna. In her spare time she loves to spend time at the beach, listening to county music or attending her children’s sporting events. Visiting Italy someday is definitely on her bucket list!
With over ten years of experience in customer service, Nathan West brings his keen eye for details and excellent problem solving skills to the NAN team as Client Relations Manager. He’s a graduate of St. Petersburg College with his Associate Degree, and is continuing his education with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Outside of work he spends most of his time with his wife and friends working on cars and going to car shows. He also loves attending concerts of all kinds!
When Kate Top joined NAN she felt at home right away. Her Masters Degree in Intercultural Relationship is very helpful in resolving little and big issues with getting all the reports in on time to close, working it out between clients, appraisers and borrowers!
Kate enjoys the great outdoors. She loves nature, going to the beach, and traveling around the world to meet new people.
In May of 2015 we welcomed the addition of Ryan N. Retaleato to our team here at NAN. He comes to us with a background in Sales & Marketing, and a strategic focus on making sure that his clients receive the attention to detail they deserve. This former baseball player and amateur boxer knows what it takes to make your appraisal management process a winner. Born and raised in Florida, Ryan enjoys taking weekend adventures with his wife, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes.
Elisa spent over a decade working as a successful real estate agent in Cleveland, OH. She loved helping families find their dream homes, and earned several awards including Rookie of the Year, Team Person and Top Ten Performer in the company. Her family relocated to Florida in 2012 in search of sunshine and beaches. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful daughters. She is a dedicated individual who is focused on a bright future for NAN and her own personal goals.
Kim moved to Florida a little over 30 years ago from Northern California. She has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 18 years, in Title as a Paralegal, Examiner/Abstractor, Closer and notary public. She enjoys the deadlines, challenges and providing great customer service. She loves being a part of the NAN team learning a new area of real estate and working with an incredible team. She’s been married for 21 wonderful years and has 2 beautiful children. She spends most of my time these days chasing after her daughter who is an active student athlete and plays competitive Basketball. She travels the state of Florida and likes to have a lot of fun. She’s an avid gardener and loves growing her own veggies and sharing them with friends and family.
David brings 18 years of mortgage banking, auditing and loan servicing experience to the team. Originally form Ohio, David was living and working in Iowa and decided he had enough of the cold winter months and moved to sunny Florida. In his spare time he enjoys the beach, boating and being outdoors.
As the Accounting Assistant here at NAN, Ashley is always making sure to provide speed and efficiency with everything she does- those deposits aren’t going to enter themselves! She recently completed her Associate’s Degree in Communications at St. Petersburg College and is an active member of their Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Ashley was just accepted into the University of South Florida (she is still a Seminoles fan at heart) to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Media Studies. She has always had a passion for writing and loves exposing facts that are hidden or unknown- stay tuned. When she’s not at the office, she’s taking on the role of “mommy” as a nanny for the cutest little five year old in the world (and she’s not just saying that because she’s biased.) Keeping busy during the week is what she does best, after all, the weekends were made for relaxing.
Kayla strives for exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude every day. She believes treating others, as you would like to be treated goes a long way. She has lived in the Tampa Bay Area since she was born and has 3+ years in providing customer service. Kayla is very adaptable to change and is not afraid to take on a challenge. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys exercising, running charity 5k’s, spending time at the beach, and interior decorating.
